[BUG] az devops login issue with python dependencies package keyring~=17.1.1.

Hello Team,

We are using az devops login command in our pipelines and package installation from external repos is blocked e.g pypi.org or any other distributions.

We are running our own self hosted agents. When we try to login we started getting error around last week which is as per below:

ERROR: An error occurred. Pip failed with status code 2 for package keyring~=17.1.1. Use --debug for more information.

Could you please let us know how we can fix this problem.
