[Feature Request] Option to create a service connection for an Azure Container Registry

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'm not able to create an a service connection for an Azure Container Registry with either an service princpal or workloadidenity for the Authentication Type using the az devops service-endpoint create --service-endpoint-configuration ... command.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Would like to be able to have an automated way of creating ACR service connections.
