Description not working in pull request command

First of all i have to say i am amazed by your setup. A bug issue is forwarding to https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/home. That is awesome.

Simply put, `az repos pr create --repository --source-branch --title --description <description>`
creates a pull request but the description is empty.

**Additional context**
Probably doesn't matter but i am running the command in powershell.
I got the latest versions of azure cli and the azure-devops extension.
