**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I was using azure-cli 2.9.1 and azure-devops extension 0.18.0 to manage an on-prem Azure DevOps Server.
After updating that to azure-cli 2.27.1 and 0.20.0 I got a message from #1151, Azure DevOps Server is not supported and in development.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Support for Azure DevOps Server.
**Additional context**
Any idea when this will be again available? Or which is the latest version we could use which still supports Azure DevOps Server?
