[Feature Request] Allow to approve stages deployments

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to approve multiple release at same time, without being clicking on a UI. There is no solution to approve stages in a programmatic way, which is a huge release bottleneck.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Have the ability to approve stages release via cli would allow me to automate multiple approvals at once.
