[EPIC] Invisible Azure

If someone has a working app and wants it running in Azure, they should be able to get from where they are to deployed without learning what a resource group is, what region they're in, what a Bicep module does, or what azd calls any of its concepts. Not because those things don't matter, but because they don't matter _yet_. Making people care about them the first time they're getting started adds a lot of burden.
