[UX] azd init smart defaults

`azd init` currently requires users to respond to several prompts during initialization, such as selecting a subscription and providing an environment name. Customer feedback indicates that the number of prompts can make the initialization flow feel lengthy and cumbersome.

One option is to provide smart defaults for these inputs and present the proposed configuration upfront. Users could review the defaults, accept them as-is, or modify specific values before continuing.
