Description

## Problem
Without Foundry-specific guidance, agents can take significantly longer to complete Foundry workflows. Foundry skills help address this by providing the necessary guidance, but today users must install them separately from the Foundry extension.

## Goal
Enable users and coding agents to successfully create, deploy, test, evaluate, and optimize Foundry agents, while reducing token usage and improving efficiency.

## Solutions
### 1. Bundle Foundry skills with the Foundry extension
Install Foundry skills automatically as part of the Foundry extension, removing the need for a separate installation step.
Open question: Should bundled skills be automatically updated whenever the Foundry extension is updated?

### 2. Surface documentation through azd ai docs
An alternative proposed by John Miller is to introduce an azd ai docs extension that surfaces accurate and relevant Foundry documentation directly to agents.
