[docs] improve extensions documentation (i.e. hosted agent) for better error handling workflow

Users reported they found a bug on hosted agent and error handling workflow is not able to fix it. We may consider improving extensions documentation for hosted agent and other extensions. Or adding interactive feedback sections before the fix or elsewhere in error handling (we currently only have one collecting feedback after the fix).
