Description
The agent extension needs a way to provide similar features of monitor and show, but for Foundry Hosted Agents. We are working around this in: https://github.com/Azure/azure-dev/issues/6746

The core could provide hooks so that whent here is a hosted agent service, it knows what to do thanks to the agent extension.
Proposal: Add extension hooks for monitor and show, like there is for deploy.
