### Feedback

The command "az repos import create" is unclear about whether the empty repo being imported into is created as part of the process or whether the empty repo must first be manually created or whether the empty repo is created as part of the import process. The name of the command appears to imply that it would create the new repo as part of the import process but this is not clear.
