### Describe the bug

az login consistently fails and will not regenerate auth token

### Related command

az login

az login --tenant [tenantid]

### Errors

Failed to auth

Authentication failed against tenant [redacted] The refresh token has expired due to inactivity.

AADSTS5000224: We are sorry, this resource is not available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support

It should log me in
