After I install the Azure CLI using winget, the az command is not working at all

### Describe the bug
After I install the Azure CLI using winget, the az command is not working at all. I have tried all the command of az. It give me the same error "& was unexpected at this time.".

& was unexpected at this time.
### Expected behavior
When I use any az command it will shows me "& was unexpected at this time." this error.
I have Installed Azure CLI by using "winget install -e --id Microsoft.AzureCLI" this command.
After finished installing, I have try the az login command. It shows the error message.
