### Describe the bug
Followed the [guide](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/essentials/data-collection-rule-create-edit?tabs=CLI) to update an existing DCR. Modified JSON accordingly and attempted pushing using CLI in Cloud shell. It kept returning error

`az monitor data-collection rule create`
### Errors
The command claims DCR kind is different, and blank, while it indeed is not. It is further confirmed as using the API variant from the docs, with the same JSON file, worked with no issue.
