**Related command**
az provider register --namespace Microsoft.VisualStudio

**Describe the bug**
I'm running the command to get my lab setup for a SANS cloud course that start this upcoming Saturday. One step was to enable the VisualStudio provider, by running the command above. I ran the command for the first time at about 9 PM EST last night. Right now it is 4:13 EST time, and it still has the "registering" status.

**To Reproduce**
Ran above command. Then ran the following command to check statu:s az provider show -n Microsoft.VisualStudio

**Expected behavior**
I expected to see a registered status, just like the 3 other providers I enabled

**Environment summary**
I'm running the commands in a bash terminal on a linux VM in vmware pro
