Description

The documentation needs some clarification in the **Add review policy** under [Automatically include code reviewers](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/repos/git/branch-policies?view=azure-devops&tabs=browser#automatically-include-code-reviewers) section.

How do we indicate that the policy is either optional or required for this policy?
Is set by using the --blocking flag on the policy command?
