Description
**Related command**
`az security regulatory-compliance-standards` <- based on the [link ](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/security?view=azure-cli-latest ) provided by Microsoft, doesn't seems like there is a way to use az cli to enable regulatory compliance standards.
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
We are trying to to enable Regulatory Compliance policy in Microsoft Defender for Cloud via either Azure Powershell or Azure Cli, but so far haven't found a way to do so.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
`az security regulatory-compliance-standards` command should have an enable sub command to enable specific regulatory compliance standard. For example, `az security regulatory-compliance-standards enable PCI-DSS-3.2.1`
