Redirect to the CLI Extension docs?

Instead of having docs showing what's no longer applicable, can we link to the help docs for the extension instead?

These [docs](https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli-extensions/tree/main/src/kusto/azext_kusto) are more accurate and will lead to less confusion.
