404 for link contained in the web page

Hi all,

I was trying to understand how to setup service connections and especially how to create the config files.
I was on page

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/devops/service-endpoint?view=azure-cli-latest#az-devops-service-endpoint-create

and in section "az devops service-endpoint create" clicked on the link in "You can learn more about this at https://aka.ms/azure-devops-service-endpoint-config."

This was then giving me a 404 error.
