Please show examples of how to connect to other accounts with a SAS token

The documentation is great for how to generate a SAS token. But NONE of the current documentation shows examples of syntax for actually using a SAS token to access cross-account blob stores.

Please add some syntax examples showing specifically what parameters need to be used when connecting using a SAS token to another account's blob store.
