az apim product api delete - revision is ignored

You can add the revision to the api-id. This suggests that the change is made to that specific revision and is only active after the revision is released and becomes the current revision.
However, the change is made to the current revision and is effective immediately.
If this is the explected behaviour please make this clear in the documentation and preferrably don't allow the addtion of the revision.
Otherwise this seems like a bug to me.

I've only tested this for the apim product api delete command, there are probably other commands with the same issue.
