Gen4 Editions of Azure SQL databases, elastic pools are missing from AZ CLI SQL DB List-Editions Command

I can't find any Gen4 related editions from `az sql db list-editions -l eastus` AZ CLI Command (Searched through every available public region of Azure SQL DBs). But, I could still see Gen4 being mentioned in [the list of SKUs](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/resource-limits-vcore-single-databases#gen4-compute-generation-part-1-1) and even in [pricing from REST API](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/azure/reference/mt219004(v=azure.100)?redirectedfrom=MSDN).

My question is if we can see pricing, metadata of Gen4 based SQL Databases/Elastic Pools and other details in Docs, why aren't they showing up in the `az sql db list-editions` command?

Can someone help me out regarding the above?
