Is it possible to add new baked script in the list of commands?

Is it possible to add new baked script in the list of commands?
If I have a list of commands I want to run, it would be very helpful if I can have them in the list and execute later to do some diagnostics. The reason of having a list is that we don't want support engineers being able to run anything on the VM. It should be in the allowed list.
