"az resource list" is stuck onto one resource-group.

**Describe the bug**

"az resource list" gives me an error saying : ERROR: Resource group 'learn-8be81bb3-401f-4503-93e3-a8fc0eaec7e8' could not be found. Even when i try to get a resource list of another resource group, i still get the same error. Its like the command is bound to this specific resource group.(NOTE: I also use Microsoft Learn which gives me that "learn" resource group, Yes I've changed subscription to my personal one.) That's where the error comes from even though Ive never made a resourced group named that way.
