[Feature Request] Ability to list available azure applications (solution templates and managed applications) on the marketplace

Unable to see available solutions templates and managed applications from the cli.

I would like to be able to list available solutions templates and managed applications from the azure marketplace

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

Besides browsing from the marketplace on the website I'm unaware of any alternatives.

**Additional context**

Seems like it would be a good addition to the current ability to list offers for single vm's. Some thing like

`az applications list`

options would be similar to `az vm image list` except in addition you can specify solution template or managed applications or both
