Get metric alerts. last updated field

I have been using the `az monitor metrics alert list ` to get all of my metric alerts.
I am noticing that `LastUpdatedTime` is always null. I get the same result when I use the Azure Powershell equivalent `Get-AzMetricAlertRuleV2`
Is this expected functionality? when I retrieve log alerts with Azure Powershell `Get-AzScheduledQueryRule` this field is populated.
