Webapp:Can't list webapp connection-string settings by ID but you can set and delete them?

As per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/webapp/config/connection-string?view=azure-cli-latest#az_webapp_config_connection_string_list you can use the `--ids` flag to set and delete connection string settings but you can't use the resource ID to list the settings. Can that be added please?
