Supporting new preview version in Swagger Maintenance RP for CLI Extension

**Description of Feature or Work Requested**

We have released a new preview Maintenance RP swagger version which adds an optional property in the json body and additional enum types. We will also be creating a new resource which will require a GET and LIST API. It will not be an ARM tracked resource. This has not been published in the swagger yet. We already have a GA version of our CLI extensions for Maintenance RP and would like to create a new preview version.
