How to get image name/description?

Description
How can I get a name/description on VM image which is shown in the Portal? For example in Portal I can find "SUSE Enterprise Linux for SAP 12 SP4 +24x7 Support - Gen1". Via CLI I get suse:SLES:12-SP4 and suse:SLES-Standard:12-SP4, but I don't know how to retrieve the name/desc as "az image show" does not list it.
