License of archive files checked in source repository unclear

Hi,

Some of the zip files do not mention a license. This makes them too ambiguous to be able to distribute them downstream.

Please consider including a license in each archive.

Or even better, please consider storing binary archives elsewhere and not in the git repository to remove any ambiguity.
