azure-cli documentation missing container creation from Azure Marketplace offer

**Describe the bug**
I'd like to create container from the following Azure Marketplace offer:
https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/postgres-pro.postgres-pro-standard-11-docker?tab=Overview
I'd like to use only azure-cli tool to do it (no browser involved).
I cannot find in the azure-cli documentation how to do it
