Customer feedback | az pipelines | Typo "a Azure"→""an Azure"

### Describe the bug

This issue is being moved from MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs-cli GitHub issue [#4412](https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs-cli/issues/4412). The syntax shown in these customer screen prints should be `an Azure`, not `a Azure`.

Here is the general grammer rule:
`A` is used before a noun that starts with a consonant sound (e.g., “s,” “t,” “v”).
`An` is used before a noun that starts with a vowel sound (e.g., “a,” “o,” “i”).
