{aksarc} and {akshybrid} - autogenerated content contains broken links

### Describe the bug

This is coming to my attention from the autogenerated [Available Azure CLI extensions](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/azure-cli-extensions-list?view=azure-cli-latest) doc.
