### Description of issue (in as much detail as possible)
Upcoming (around 04/04) Azure CLI 2.47.0 will drop Network SDK. It’ll introduce breaking changes in the extensions that previously used Network SDK, which are as follows:
- containerapp (need to upgrade to 0.32.4)
- spring (need to upgrade to 1.7.1)
- spring-cloud (need to upgrade to 3.1.7)
- ssh (need to upgrade to 1.1.5)

All versions of the above extensions have been released and are backward compatible with Azure CLI (<= 2.46.0).

⚠ **Please upgrade as soon as possible to avoid potential breaking changes.**
