SAS URL Export Hangs

### Description of issue (in as much detail as possible)
A SAS URL has been generated for this snapshot for export. You can cancel the export by clicking the button below. This will revoke the SAS URL and may cancel any in-progress transfers if the snapshot is currently being downloaded to another location.

After the image is created and moved to the new resource group, the snapshot has a hung export SAS Url which has to be manually stopped in order for the resource group to be cleaned up.
