Does anyone at Microsoft use the CLI?

It is EXASPERATING to try to use the CLI for Azure Devops. I simply want to add group that is defined in an Azure Devops project to the list of required reviewers. The documentation is ridiculously unhelpful. I've spent hours trying to figure out how to get an ID that will work in the calls referenced in the issue. Many github issues exist related to this that may be helpful, except that the questions only get triaged and not answered, for a year or more.

So, since I can only expect that a bot will look at this question and then blow it off, I'll likely switch to REST. And that will have some other ridiculous missing piece that I'll spend hours on.
