No link to the Azure Devops main documentation

Given the way names of things keep changing there should be a link from here to the main Azure Devops documentation. I don't remember the word Universal in relation to feeds. It probably makes less sense to link to here from the main docs as it will be a small subset of users that are interested in the CLI. However everyone using this CLI command are interested in Azure Devops.
