Description

### What happened? Provide a clear and concise description of the bug, including deployment details.

In the Azure portal deployment option for the Azure Virtual Desktop LZA: Auto Increase Premium File Share Quota, automation tab, the (i) link for "Existing automation account" states "Select an existing virtual network and subnet for the AIB build virtual machines. This enables the use of Private Link and prevents the deployment of public IP addresses."

This appears to be the wrong help text for the toggle that is being provided.

### Please provide the correlation id associated with your error or bug.

### What was the expected outcome?

Help text should provide information on the use of existing vs new automation account.

Additionally, toggling this option to "Yes" should triger some form of selection dialog for which automation account to use. Instead, the "Resource Naming" section of the deployment template still asks for a custom name to be provided as a string.

### Relevant log output
