[functionsToExport] Remove markdowns/scripts from docs/export folder for cmdlets not included in functionsToExport.

Description
Move-Az and Test-Az in Az.Functions are not included in the list of functionsToExport. So Az.Functions.psd1 don't expose them to customer.
