URIs-Should-Be-Properly-Constructed test failing for ARM Expressions

Hey Team,

We are having an **ARM_Template_Expression** and the name of one of the actions in it is having the word "URL" and so the arm-ttk is failing with below exception. Please refer below screengrab from the code snippet and the arm-ttk failure.

Please suggest how an exception can be added in arm-ttk or a way how this scenario can be handled as we have end users who create complex ARM files in our repo which might have URL in action names... Thanks in Advance!!
