Description

## Bug description

The Sign In/Up OAuth button is no longer displaying correctly as it no longer stays in the section that it is placed in.
It seems that there is a flex-basis: 100% added which seems to break the layout.
**Additionally:** The widget no longer seem to adhere to the visibility rights. It's just always displayed.

Research direction

Start by locating the Sign In/Up OAuth button widget and the code controlling its layout and visibility. Reproduce both reported behaviors, then verify that the button remains contained in its section and respects a No one visibility setting. No files or tests are named, so the relevant entry point and validation approach must be found in the repository.
