Self-hosted - menu items link action set to 'Open in the same window' opens in a new window

## Reproduction steps

1. Go to Site menu
2. Configure any Site menu item
3. Select page (e.g. Product:List)
4. Assign location (e.g. Main menu)
5. Link action (e.g. Open in the same window)

## Expected behavior

Application navigates to the Product list page in the same window (tab)

See how the target is set to "undefined" instead of _self

Also note that if I use the developer tools and set the target to _self, it does navigate in the same window but the page does not show the layout/menu.

Is there a configuration missing somewhere which I should look at?

Reproduce the issue in the Site menu using release 2.32.0 and the provided reproduction steps. Inspect the generated menu link, especially its target value, and compare same-window navigation with the expected Product list page layout. Done means selecting “Open in the same window” navigates in the current tab while preserving the page layout and menu.
