Description
To echo the issue already reported here: #2041
The terms and conditions are setup in the APIM by going to "Identities" tab and by selecting "Settings"
Only plain text can be rendered for terms and conditions:
Instead of showing them in plain text, we would need to display a link to the terms and conditions.
Note that this was the case for the depreciated version of the portal, and this issue should therefore be considered as a regression from our perspective:
