collapsible menu is not working as expected

Description
We are trying to upgrade our old developer portal code to Release 2.9.0. Unfortunately, Collapsible menu is not aligned properly. When we analyze the code of existing release and new release, There were some difference and scripts folder is removed at latest release.( Path: src/themes/website/scripts).
Even if we update the script folder and collapsible classes are not updating in application. How to fix the issue ?
