Description

## Bug description

The Undo-button only works for text elements if you close the text formatting menu first.
If you leave it open nothing happens and may even cause some issues. For easier content creation this should not occur.

## Expected behavior

The undo-button always returns the last edited element to the previous state regardless of any open menu.

Research direction

No source files or tests are named in the issue. Start by reproducing the Undo-button failure with a text element while the text formatting menu remains open, then trace the undo action from that UI entry point. Done means Undo restores the last edited element regardless of whether the menu is open, without causing the reported side effects.
