Tooltip and filter for "add saved section"

## Bug description

Currently the "Add section" - "Saved" feature does not work properly. To add a section to this menu one has to select the section which should be saved and then name it.

But this naming process does not benefit the editor since the name will not be shown and cannot be searched for in the search bar.
In case of many (similar) saved sections this will be time consuming, error prone and hardly manageable.

Therefore on mouse over a tooltip should be shown which contains the name for the saved section.
Additionally the search bar should be able to search for the names of the saved section and display only the matches.
And the overall reliability of this feature should be improved.
