Migrate fonts or download already removed fonts

I started figuring out if the time is mature to use our own fonts according to our brand. There are two different font types in .ttf format.
Great that the styles page allows to upload more than one font in the meantime. And great that the fonts are downloaded to the media folder when I create a backup. Great also that the fonts seem to be also migrated to another environment when uploading my backup files including the font folder.

## Bug description

But I observed two show blockers that still hinder me to start using these features:
1) If you remove font entries from the styles page, the expectation is that all fonts will also be physically removed. But if you download the portal contents, the fonts folder still shows fonts that have been already removed from the styles sheet.
So whenever I add a further font type, - irrespective if I remove some- the list of files in the font folder gets longer and longer slows down the download speed.
2) If you upload the backed up files including the fonts folder with the newly uploaded and configured fonts on the styles sheet of the Portal, the styles sheet does look good, but on the pages of the target environment, the fonts are not properly displayed. They are differently displayed as in the source.

Remarks:
- We used font files with the extension ".ttf"
- What wondered me I looked into the fonts folder that the file extension of the font files after the download are displayed with the extension ".ttf.ttf". Not sure if this observation is relevant in this context.

## Expected behavior

Changing/deleting fonts and migrating fonts can done without issues.
