Ability to edit integration to Github settings after creation

# What are you trying to achieve?

When setting up the integration to Github so that the API center can automatically sync skills and agents from there you can define which pattern to look for. But after the creation of that integration you cannot edit these settings anymore, only deleting the whole integration and start over again.

# Proposed solution

Add beside the debug and delete button also an edit button to give the possibility to update the settings of an integration again without creating a new integration again.
