Register MCP server "Add connector" panel display issue when portal is in dark mode

# Description

When trying to add a connector to the Logic App MCP server in API Center, connector names are not readable because it is the same color as the background when Azure portal is in dark mode.

# Reproduction steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open API Center resource, Discovery, MCP (preview)
2. Register Azure Logic Apps
3. Select a Logic App
4. Click on Add connector

# Expected behavior

Connector names should be easily readable.

# Actual behavior

Connector names text is the same color as the background.
