AKS K8S single node cluster support request
**Description**:
Currently, running AKS-HCI inside an Azure VM is far too complex and waste a lot of resources.
The main problem is the requirement for HCI of 2-nodes.
AKS should be able to be installed on a developer's laptop (running Windows and/or Windows server) to be installed and run as a single node Kubernetes cluster.
